  A paper named, “ The comparation between two methods of timing recovery in PAM-4 signal transmission”
  
  From March 6th , 2017 to November 21th,2017
  
  In order to compare the performance of two mainstream algorithm of timing recovery in PAM-4 signal transmission, to know which functions better in serial and parallel signal transmission.
  Searching for relevant papers as a research of background.
  Studying of two algorithms, knowing their principles to realize it.
  Write the code of the two algorithm in DSP fits in serial transmission., debug the program.
  Studying the principles of parallel signal transmission.
  Write a new code of the algorithm to fit in the parallel signal transmission.
  Use the simulation signal to reach the first conclusion, also debug the code with the data.
  Using the experimental facilities in the lab to get the experiment data to confirm the conclusion.
  Write the paper.
  Except of doing the experiment, I take charge of the rest of the work.
