岗位要求：
1. Must maintain student identity during internship or in Gap Year between Bachelor and Master; If foreign student, must hold valid X1 visa
2. Interested and proficient in engineering / management subjects
3. Fluent in English, written and oral, German and Chinese would be a plus
4. Valid driver license C1 preferred
5. Detail-oriented, highly motivated and open minded
6. Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint etc.
7. Minimum 4 days per week for continuous 6 months

实习后公司会开实习证明吗？
我们安排的实习都是顶尖头部公司，所以只有走人事的实习是有实习证明的，非人事和远程的基本上没有实习证明，不过都是保证可以获得名企导师推荐信。注：其实在留学申请过程中国外对于实习证明并不是很看重，更看重有含金量的推荐信。
实习的学生群体有哪些？对学生背景有要求吗？
本科及以上，个别高中生，部分岗位要求硕士，个别岗位要求 985 院校或国外TOP30。
是否报名即可参加实习？
不可以，需要审核学生简历，实地实习会根据岗位要求安排面试，通过后即可安排实习。
