（1）Business Analyst intern @Amazon（4 months）
I worked as a Business Analyst at Amazon for 4 months in 2019, during which I was responsible for building a robust set of operational and business metrics, working with cross-functional teams (in my case, China Baby & Toys Vendor Management team) to design, build, deploy the reporting systems, and utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities.
Thanks to this experience, I substantiated my great interest in the sector of BA by actually trying it! I really enjoy the process of “dive-deep” and coming up with data-driven insights: working with vendor management team, understanding their requirements, translating them into actionable business metrics, and collaboratively shaping solutions and providing insights with them by extracting related data from Amazon Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehouses, and designing/constructing/executing complex analyses to finally come up with data/reports that help solve the business problem.
By the way, Amazon has a course website names KNet, where a great number of self-learning materials concerning both IT and business sectors: like programming, marketing, company’s culture, company’s business patterns, even character-building can be found. I certainly took a good use of it to grasp various knowledge I interested in and improve myself. I got the certificates of many subjects by taking online courses and finishing the quizzes, to name a few:
Amazon Analytics, SQL, Tableau Training, Analyzing Business Data, Data at Amazon, Marketing at Amazon, CN Retail Essentials for Vendor Management, RBS ACES - Root Cause Analysis Curriculum, Write Effective Emails……由于本科是软件工程专业，属于偏工程性的学科，所以有过不少课程设计/综合设计（基本都是软件开发相关）经历，但可能都不算是很完整很成熟：

【这个项目略有特别：我和我队友首创性地设计开发了一款集软硬件于一身的“可穿戴情绪识别系统”，可以自主式识别、监控、管理用户的情绪状态；其中涉及几个原创的机器学习核心算法；此外，我们基于这个项目参加了创新创业大赛，作为一个初创团队，对其商业前景进行了较为详细的分析和规划，并且现在也在进行软件著作权的申请】
（我在这个项目中更多地是作为商业组成员，对技术开发的参与不算很多）
