    Independent talent model building: Gathered information based on personnel requirements of enterprises on different positions and levels of leaders and through key behavior incident interviews, psychological tests and questionnaire survey, conducted data analysis to extract key behaviors, generalized crucial abilities and qualities, and established competence models
    Independent talent assessment and review: Assessed employees of enterprises as assessor and wrote individual assessment reports in light of assessment standards, through behavior observation, key behavior incident interviews and 360-degree interviews, and using psychological assessment tools
    Independent motivation and feedback: Fed the assessed personnel back with assessment results as development consultant to help them view their personality, abilities and traits more objectively and facilitate them to realize self-growth and development in a clearer direction
    Project design and implementation: Undertook assessment or training projects worth 500,000-1000,000 RMB as project manager, designed the plan for the implementation of the projects and got them under overall control
    Business communication: Aligned project requirements with clients and wrote project proposals on the basis, and provided clients with schemes for assessment and selection, model building, training, and training system construction.

    Assistance in talent assessment: Built talent models in light of requirements of enterprises and based on the McClelland Iceberg Model, quantified assessment criteria, evaluated employees in terms of their abilities using psychological assessment scales and BEI technology, and wrote related reports
    Assistance in project proposal writing: Gathered information according to requirements of enterprises in human resources consultation, wrote part of project proposals and assisted the project director in tailoring professional solutions, including plans for talent model building, assessment and selection
    Project management: Undertook small consulting projects amounting to approximately 200,000 RMB as project manager, such as enterprises’ campus recruitment, social recruitment and internal talent selection.

    The one-year project aimed to train 45 middle- and high-level managers, primarily through outward bound, course lecturing and action learning, to help them change themselves
    Main responsibilities:
    Tracked 7 middle- and high-level managers in the whole process to observe their learning status, attitude and action and know about their thinking about personal development, work and knowledge application
    Provided feedback on the assessment reports of 7 learners in terms of their managerial personality (via an online assessment instrument based on the big five personality and Chinese professional samples) to help them understand themselves more objectively and comprehensively
    Wrote assessment reports about them, including individual comprehensive assessment, major strengths and weaknesses, and suggestions for development


    Selection of Junior Managers for Jinan Branch of China Minsheng Banking Corp 2016. 08-12
    Project manager
    Project description:
    The project aimed to train 120 backbone employees selected from the branch in three rounds of “real-situation” training and evaluate them in the training process to pick high-caliber ones as reserve cadres
    Main responsibilities:
    Project plan design and writing: Customized training and selection plans according to client’s requirements and problems, and incorporated the model of assessment consultation to realize assessment in training and selection following training
    Managed client expectations and persuaded client to adopt more practical solutions
    Project member coordination and management of 13 members. Task included clarification of project requirements to members while managing their outcomes
    Assessment result delivery: Monitored the quality of learners’ outcomes, organized and analyzed assessment results; divided the 120 employees into a few echelons and provided objective suggestions on talent recognition and reserve for the HR department of the branch
    Project promotion result delivery: The project was an annual key project of the HR department of the branch, so we filmed the entire process, including interviews, to record how the learners were trained and gather their feedback

  • A good Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university

  • A teaching qualification such as the Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore
    or
    at least ONE year of relevant working experience in education.
